Privacy Policy for Swipe Tune
Last updated: August 18, 2026
Swipe Tune (“the app,” “we,” “our”) is built to give you a calm, tactile break from social media and endless feeds. This policy explains, plainly, what happens to your information when you use it.
The short version
Swipe Tune does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any of your personal information. Everything you put into the app — your photos, your Pop Sheet designs, your settings — stays on your device. There are no accounts, no servers, no analytics, and no advertising.
What the app stores, and where
When you use Swipe Tune, the app may store the following, all locally on your device, inside the app's own private storage area:
- Photos you choose to add to your gallery, pages, or collages (selected through Apple's standard Photos picker, which does not give the app access to your full photo library — only the specific images you pick).
- Pop Sheet (“bubble”) designs you create, including their layout and which photo they're linked to.
- App preferences, such as your collage grid size, Pop It timing settings, and volume level.
- Which song or playlist you've chosen to play from your Apple Music library, if you use that feature. The app only reads your music library locally, to play the song you selected — it does not read, transmit, or store any other information about your music library.
None of this information ever leaves your device. We don't have a server, so there is nowhere for it to go. If you delete the app, this data is deleted along with it.
What we don't do
- We don't collect analytics or usage statistics.
- We don't show ads or use any advertising or tracking SDKs.
- We don't require you to create an account or provide any personal information (name, email, etc.).
- We don't share, sell, or transmit any of your data to us or to any third party.
- We don't track you across other apps or websites.
Permissions the app requests
- Photos: to let you pick images to add to Swipe Tune. Uses Apple's privacy-preserving photo picker, which only shares the specific photos you select.
- Apple Music library: to let you optionally play a song from your library while you use the app. Used only for local playback; nothing about your library is read beyond finding and playing the song you pick.
Children's privacy
Swipe Tune does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children, because it does not collect personal information from anyone at all — everything stays on-device as described above.
Changes to this policy
If this policy ever changes — for example, if a future version of the app adds a new feature that changes how data is handled — we'll update this page and update the “Last updated” date above.
